Is the mileage really unlimited?
Yes. No mileage allowance, no supplement on return. You drive freely throughout Senegal; only leaving the country requires the written agreement of the carrier and a check of the ECOWAS brown card.
How much security deposit should I allow for?
The deposit depends on the carrier: some ask for one, others do not, and the amount varies for the same vehicle — which is why we show no figure for it. It is given to you before the handover, never after, is paid on site and never passes through us.
Does the driver stay available all day?
It depends on the service chosen: a transfer is a trip, day hire is a duration. They are not charged the same way, and the difference is stated on each offer.
Is it really this model that will be handed over to me?
Not necessarily. You are booking a category: the rental company may hand over another vehicle from the same category, and that is precisely what allows it to guarantee availability without a prior call. For an identified car, go through the private owners' listings.
Is fuel included?
Yes. With a driver, the fuel for the planned route is included in the price quoted, as are the vehicle and the driver's time. What is agreed separately: waiting time, running over the agreed hours, tolls on certain routes, and stops added along the way.
