Insurance category(Required)

Insurance expiry date(Required)

DD slash MM slash YYYY

This is not a formality: a vehicle insured in category 1 and rented out for payment exposes its owner to the voiding of the contract, or to a payout reduced in proportion to the premium paid. In the event of an accident, you bear the difference.

Your insurer can change the category of your contract. We keep your file and call you back to help you through the process.

Is the name on the insurance certificate the same as on the registration certificate?(Required)

Yes

Road tax sticker — valid until

DD slash MM slash YYYY

Not blocking: if it has expired, remember to renew it, as the renter could be fined.

Dated presentation of the vehicle

A dated presentation is requested at sign-up, then again for each booking. Video or photos, your choice: only the date matters.

Vehicle presentation(Required)

Drop files here or

Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, webp, heic, heif, mp4, mov, m4v, 3gp, webm, Max. file size: 300 MB, Max. files: 16.

A video of thirty to ninety seconds, or six photos minimum.

Instructions

Full walk-around of the vehicle, readable number plate, odometer filmed with the ignition on, interior and boot.

Date recorded(Required)

DD slash MM slash YYYY

Less than seven days before upload.

The presentation goes through the platform only. No uploads via WhatsApp, not even as a fallback: a file received outside the platform is neither dated nor stored, and its date is what gives it value.

Availability and pick-up

Usual pick-up municipality(Required)

Used for search by proximity.

Location details

Never the exact address in public.

Unavailable periods

From

For guidance only: availability is confirmed by phone before each booking.

Check the territorial validity of your ECOWAS brown card: it must cover the countries where the vehicle may travel.

Price

Daily rate (CFA F)(Required)

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1.

No price benchmark, no range, no default value: the site does not advise on prices. You set yours, freely.

Degressive rates

3 days — CFA F per day

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1.

21 days — CFA F per day

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1.

30 days — CFA F per day

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1.

Six tiers, all empty by default. Fill in the ones you want to offer: an empty tier simply means no reduction applies for that length.

Weekend package

Yes

From Friday 4 pm to Sunday 9 pm, i.e. three days charged as two. It ends on Sunday evening, so you have your car back for Monday. Three idle days become three rented days.

Security deposit requested (CFA F)

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 0.

Zero by default: security deposits are not customary for car rental between individuals in Senegal. If you ask for one, you collect and return it yourself, never the platform.

Usual amounts: city car 100 000 F, saloon 150 000 F, SUV 250 000 F, 4×4 400 000 F. A reasonable deposit is worth five to seven days of rental.

Resident discount (%)

Please enter a number from 0 to 100.

Optional: you decide whether to grant a resident rate to renters signed in with a resident account, and how much. Leave empty if you don’t offer one.

Mileage(Required)

If daily allowance: price per extra kilometre.

Kilometres included per day(Required)

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1.

Price per extra kilometre (CFA F)(Required)

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1.

What you receive, for the rate entered

Your rate, one day: —
Resident discount deducted: —
Commission, 15 %: —
Net received for one day: —

The calculation runs in this order, never the reverse: we start from your rate, apply the resident discount first on the vehicle and on each option, then the 15 % commission is calculated on that amount. A resident pays less and the commission goes down with it.

The 5 % service fee is paid by the renter: it is added to your rate and is not deducted from what you receive. This summary explains how the commission applies, it does not forecast any income.

Commission payment

You have no commission to pay us

The renter pays our intermediation fees online when booking, and you receive the balance of the rental directly in person, with nothing to pay back to us afterwards.

Payment method

Only used for adjustments: cancellation, refund, overpayment.

Mobile money number(Required)

If Wave or Orange Money.

The rent and the security deposit are settled directly with the renter and do not go through the platform.

Declarations

Category 8 declaration(Required)

I declare that my vehicle is insured in category 8 — vehicles intended for rental — and not in category 1. I understand that a vehicle insured in category 1 and rented out for payment exposes its owner to the voiding of their insurance contract or to a reduced payout in the event of a claim.(Required)

Vehicle condition declaration(Required)

I declare that my vehicle is in good working order, that it has no defect affecting safety, that its tyres, brakes, lights and seat belts are compliant, that it carries the regulatory fire extinguisher and first-aid kit and at least two sets of keys. I undertake to withdraw my listing as soon as any of these points is no longer true.(Required)

Acceptance of terms(Required)

I have read and accept the terms of use, terms of service and cancellation conditions, as well as the privacy policy (in French).(Required)

Accuracy declaration(Required)

I certify that the information and documents provided are accurate.(Required)

After sending: immediate acknowledgement, review of the file, then a call.
