Request the resident rate
Do you live in Senegal? Once your resident account is created and you are signed in, resident rates show automatically, on the vehicle as on the options. One request, one verification call, then a six-digit PIN code.
Who can benefit
- People who reside in Senegal.
- A proof of address less than three months old is enough: no identity document is requested.
- One account per person: two spouses make two requests, each with a document in their own name.
Your request
Your details and your proof of address are only used to verify your residence and manage your resident account.
How verification works
It is done by hand, once, on your proof of address and over the phone: that is what keeps the resident rate for people who live in Senegal.
You send the request
Name, phone, city and proof of address. A photo taken with your phone is enough.
We call you
The same day, in your slot if you give one, 7 days a week, from 9 am to 9 pm.
You receive your PIN code
Six digits, by WhatsApp or SMS, on the number you gave. You then sign in with your number and this code.
Until your account is verified, displayed prices remain public prices. The resident account gives no retroactive right on a booking already made.
