The questions we get most
What licence and minimum age do I need?
A driving licence held for at least three years, in the category matching the vehicle. You must be of legal age; our terms set no higher minimum age.
What is the security deposit?
An optional deposit, arranged directly between you and the operator. We never collect or hold it ourselves.
How do pickup and return work?
The place and time are set with the operator once availability is confirmed. Tell us where in your request — airport, hotel, our office.
What insurance is included?
The operator must hold a category-8 policy. A renter's contract is required; we never collect the premium ourselves.
Can I drive outside Dakar?
Yes, depending on the offer — tell us your destination so we can check it with the operator.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Wave or Orange Money. At booking you pay 20% of the total online — 5% of it is our service fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 7 days ahead: fully refunded. Between 7 days and 48 hours: the amount is kept. Under 48 hours: kept, and a 30% indemnity on the rental is owed to the owner.
Is there a resident rate?
Yes, on some offers — it shows directly in the offers we send you, never calculated or applied on our side.
